Effective strategic planning without expensive consultancy costs.

Running a school is time consuming, terrifying, stressful, difficult – and hugely challenging and enjoyable.

Most school leaders wish there was less time spent on government requirements and more time for educational leadership. But, in the current education climate, neglecting to pay attention to the accountability requirements of parents and governments is a recipe for trouble. And one of the critical things all schools must do is to undertake thoughtful and comprehensive strategic planning.

This is where we can help. To employ a consultant to guide you through the processes included in the toolkit it would cost you between $6,000 and $12,000. To create your own toolkit it would take approximately 50 hours of teacher time provided you have the expertise to do it.

Today we are offering the toolkit in an instant download, with clear, simple instructions for only $US99.
